Our friends at Wayfair love buildings and this week announced they would expand ops in Erlanger, Kentucky to the tune of 900,000 square feet. In the heart of the tri-state area that includes Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana and close by the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, is expected to be up and running in April.

Did you hear Pirch opened a new locale in the North East? That’s right New Yorkers, it’s worth the drive to Jersey! Smushed between Gucci and Tiffany’s at the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall in northern New Jersey is the latest luxury appliance store where you can book an appointment to have dinner courtesy of a top rated chef and one very expensive oven or even test the showers (robes provided!). Though fewer than five customers a month do so, it’s part of a strategy that makes the upstart chain one of the most innovative retail concepts around. We can’t wait to visit.
